Welcome to the 5-Week Hip Mobility & Core Strength Program! Your hips don’t lie—if they’re stiff, weak, or unbalanced, they’ll let you know! This program is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build a habit of daily movement in just 15 minutes a day. What You Can Expect: ✅ 5 weeks of guided movement ✅ 10 targeted exercises per session ✅ Stronger core & mobile hips for better movement and less discomfort ✅ Improved flexibility & balance to enhance daily activities ✅ A simple, repeatable routine you can use beyond the program This isn’t about learning to dance like Shakira, but you will move better, feel better, and gain control over how your body moves. Each week, you’ll alternate between workouts, gradually increasing the challenge to build strength and mobility safely. How It Works: 🔹 Follow the weekly workout schedule 🔹 Complete at least 1 set of 10 reps per exercise 🔹 Watch the exercise videos for guidance 🔹 Stay consistent and committed—it takes 3 weeks to build a habit! Important Notes: ✔ Good posture is key—keep a straight line from ears to ankles, shoulders back, and ribs tucked. ✔ No pain is gain, but soreness is normal—if you feel pain, stop and take notes; if you're sore, keep moving! ✔ Make time daily—20-30 minutes is plenty to improve your mobility and strength.
