I’m excited to have you join this transformative online journey, where you’ll gain the tools to improve your posture and develop a heightened awareness of your body. Throughout this program, you'll progress through several phases designed to help you assess your current movement patterns and steadily build a balanced shoulder and back complex. In each phase, you’ll explore a range of techniques—from self-myofascial release and stretching to activating dormant muscles and integrating these movements into everyday activities. Every phase builds upon the previous one, ensuring a gradual progression that respects your body’s unique needs. By dedicating about 30 minutes a day to these exercises, you'll empower yourself with the skills needed to listen to your body, correct imbalances, and reduce the risk of injury—whether you’re enjoying leisure activities or engaging in a rigorous workout. You can expect clear video demonstrations and written instructions for every exercise, so you can easily follow along and reference back when needed. Minimal equipment is required—a foam roller, a hand towel, or an elastic band will do. Don’t worry if you don’t have them—I’ll provide alternatives!
