I will guide you through exercises that release tension, activate weak muscles, and integrate movement patterns so you can move more efficiently in daily life or during workouts. By the end of this program, you’ll be able to: • Release tightness in the shoulders, chest, and upper back using self-myofascial techniques • Stretch and improve joint range of motion for better posture and ease of movement • Activate key muscles that support balanced shoulder mechanics • Integrate movements that enhance stability and alignment • Establish a simple, repeatable daily routine to maintain better posture You’ll stand, reach, and move with more confidence and less restriction. This program is designed to give you tools you can apply anywhere, from leisure activities to more challenging fitness sessions. Unlike long, complicated posture programs, this one is short, focused, and easy to follow. You’ll need minimal equipment—a foam roller, towel, and resistance band—and each phase comes with clear video instructions and written guidance. Spend about 30 minutes per session, every other day, and build progressive strength and awareness throughout the six phases.
