When your body moves well, you feel better, and living better starts with moving better every day. The Daily 10 Program is a 5-week plan designed to help you move better in just 15 minutes or less. Through ten targeted exercises, this program focuses on four main goals: •Improve hip mobility •Increase flexibility •Build core strength •Develop a daily movement habit This program won’t help you move your hips like Shakira, but it will help you discover what’s working well and what needs extra attention. Workouts progress each week, gently increasing the challenge while helping you tune in to your body. By week 5, you’ll unlock The Daily 10, a complete flow of all exercises that can be done daily, perfect as a morning routine or a quick warm-up before any workout. The program emphasizes proper form, postural alignment, and listening to your body. Soreness is normal and shows your muscles are being challenged. Pain is a signal to adjust. With consistent practice, The Daily 10 will help you build lasting mobility, strength, and confidence in your movement.
