Mobility Program

A great starting point if you want to reduce stiffness, improve range of motion, and move freely again.

Sessions are short and focus on the ankles, hips, shoulders, and back. It’s ideal as a warm-up, recovery routine, or reset on sore days.

Stay consistent with just ten minutes of movement a day.
